Business CRM: Dry Cleaning Example
A CRM that brings the whole process, from customer intake to handover, into a single panel. When a job is ready, the customer is notified automatically.

Overview
Orders were written on paper, nobody could tell which job was ready and customers were called one by one.
Goal
Build a panel that shows every order's record, price and status on one screen and notifies the customer via WhatsApp and SMS as soon as the job is ready.
Customer intake
New customers and orders are recorded in seconds; past orders show up on the customer card.
Pricing and status tracking
Every order's price and status (in progress, ready, delivered) is tracked live in the table.
Automatic notification
When the status turns 'Ready', a WhatsApp and SMS message with the total is sent to the customer automatically.
