Client Appointment System

A booking system where clients choose a time themselves, reminders go out automatically and client privacy is designed in from the start.

Stack: React, TypeScript, Python, PostgreSQL

Overview

Appointments were arranged over calls and messages, forgotten sessions turned into empty slots and sensitive client data was scattered.

Goal

Build a system where clients can book in a few clicks, reminders are sent automatically and data is stored with privacy and data-protection rules in mind.

Clients choose

Clients see only free slots on the weekly calendar and pick the one that suits them in a few clicks.

Automatic reminders

Booking confirmations and pre-session reminders are sent automatically via SMS or WhatsApp.

Privacy first

Clients appear by number on the therapist panel; sensitive information is shown only where needed and only to authorized people.
