Multilingual Voice Menu Assistant
Guests scan the QR code on the table and order by speaking in their own language. The assistant knows the current menu, adds items to the cart and sends the order straight to the kitchen.

Overview
Foreign guests struggled with the menu, language barriers with waiters were common and orders often went wrong.
Goal
Design an experience where every guest can order comfortably in their own language, prices are always up to date and the order reaches the kitchen without mistakes.
Menu upload
The business uploads its menu from the panel; price and item changes reach the assistant instantly.
Order in your own language
Guests speak English, Arabic, Russian or another language, and the assistant replies in the same language.
Straight to the business panel
Confirmed orders land on the kitchen panel with the table number; no more handwritten notes.
